I stopped by this shop just to take shelter from the rain, but the staff was so kind that it warmed my heart and body. I had quiche, coffee, and macarons, and they were all really delicious and reasonably priced! This is a shop you should definitely stop by when traveling to France ♡

A small cafe in front of the Luxembourg Palace and the garden of the same name. We went in to escape the rain - which was a lot that day - and which resulted in a very typical Paris experience. We drank tea and tried a cake each and it was very, very, very worth it.

Delicious cakes from Jean-Paul Hévin, that goes without saying. Hot chocolate is the house specialty, but teas are also perfect. Attentive and pleasant service. International clientele apparently indifferent to the refinement of the place, totally out of step with its cozy charm.

Au Grand Turenne

05/04/2024: Very good place to have a drink on the terrace or in the downstairs room. There is a little music which is pleasant but we can chat. I will come back with pleasure!
30/03/2024: Discovered by chance in the neighborhood, very pleasant bar, not too crowded, quiet atmosphere, good beer at reasonable prices. Plus, the boss is very nice!
