Excellent hotel for visiting Paris, we stayed there for our 25th anniversary, very kind staff, even the Italian lady in charge of the floors was very nice, excellent breakfast, modern style and very clean rooms, excellent location for visiting Paris very close to the Arc de Triomphe, highly recommended

We stayed at the Pley Hotel for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. It was a surprise for my wife and the Pley did not disappoint, giving us one of the rooms with an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower, which brought a few tears as Paris is very much her favourite city to visit. The area was quiet, yet only a 10 minute walk to the Champs-Élysées and also easy access to the many Metro stations dotted around. The facilities in the hotel were also excellent with a good functional gym in the basement along with some nice areas to chill with a drink or two. There is also a cocktail bar on the top floor, but unfortunately we didn't get time to try it out. There are plenty of cafe's and restaurants in the surrounding area, so make sure you check all the surrounding streets. Walking uphill from the Pley would be my recommendation as there is quite a selection if you want a close by place to eat or even just for a drink. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The question is, would we stay here again. Oh Yes! Most definitely.

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are large, and the reception was excellent. It's close to the Champs-Élysées. There's a supermarket and a pharmacy, but the elevator is small and there's no luggage service. Honestly, I booked the hotel as per my reservation. The first time, I helped a Syrian or Lebanese girl with my luggage. Then I went to Amsterdam and returned to Paris. I arrived in Paris late, and another person at reception helped me. I asked for water from reception, and they gave me four bottles. I recommend it for families and girls. Unfortunately, the views weren't there both times, but the hotel is excellent.

The hotel is ideally located, with all amenities nearby, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe and metro stations. Unfortunately, our stay over the Bastille Day weekend was severely spoiled. The rooftop was privatized and reserved for VIPs, the hotel restaurant was closed, and room service was practically nonexistent. Most unacceptable is that we received no information before our arrival, even though we paid the same price as for a stay with all the advertised services. If we had been informed of these major restrictions in advance, we could have made an informed decision. This lack of transparency is regrettable and does not reflect the level of service expected from an establishment of this category.

Location is really good and the staff are very polite and helpful . I will definitely come back .

The hotel's location is excellent, close to all services and very near the Champs-Élysées. The hotel staff is very respectful, and I especially thank Wadih and Osama. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel for my future trips.

I had a wonderful stay at Pley Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is perfect and one of the biggest reasons I would stay here again. It’s close to everything, including major attractions, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and public transportation, which made exploring Paris very easy. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend Pley Hotel to anyone visiting Paris. I will definitely come back and stay here again on my next trip.

Stayed for 1 week. Room is nice, very small however. There was no table where I could eat or drink. I also noticed the shower was extremely tiny and the sink water pressure was so high it would often spill out. Room cleaning often skipped our room or did it very late, service overall wasn't good. Wifi was terrible, same with the charging ports which would stagnate in power. Additionally, a "client" would play piano very loudly at midnight sometimes which would wake us up. Location is good, very close to the Arc and other prominent locations. It was also very expensive. Overall a 3 star.
