A superb restaurant discovered by chance. The dishes were delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and there was a great selection. The waiter was incredibly friendly. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. Many thanks to the chef, it was fantastic!

A lovely little brasserie! The food is excellent; we recommend listening to the waiter's recommendations! The gardiane (a Provençal stew) was delicious, as were the squid. Fresh fish delivered daily. Highly recommended!

Thank you for the warm welcome on the evening of July 14th. A lovely welcome and excellent cuisine, including a gardiane (a traditional Provençal beef stew) that was the best I've had in a long time. See you on August 15th! And here we are back for August 15th, and a little more disappointed than during our visit on July 14th. The allergy issue was misunderstood and therefore poorly addressed, forcing us to eat a rather unappetizing bull steak instead of the gardiane, which was excellent on July 14th. What a shame!

A sure bet in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer! Every time I'm in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, I always make sure to eat at La Ruade. Everything is perfect from start to finish: the dishes are delicious, impeccably presented, and the service is flawless. We were a table of eight, and the team did an absolutely perfect job. Special mention goes to Alicia, who is remarkably kind and very attentive to our food allergies. From a practical standpoint, the restaurant is ideally located, overlooking the town hall and the market, with quick access to the town center and the church. It's also perfectly accessible for people with reduced mobility, with designated parking spaces right in front of the establishment. I highly recommend it! Thank you, Alicia! ❤️
