Found a restaurant by chance during a lunch break: a pleasant surprise! Simple menu but fresh produce and homemade cuisine, according to the owner! And it's true, tasty dishes and very affordable prices. Add to that the kindness and welcome of the owner. Don't hesitate to stop by 👍

Back in Charente, we stopped at Café Rodro, and despite the late hour, the owner readily agreed to serve us, and we're so glad he did. We ate very well, and it's always nice to see restaurateurs working with fresh, local produce and making their own desserts.
