I wanted to try a different Carrefour hypermarket than the one I usually go to (Tinqueux, 500m from my home) because I found the selection insufficient. Horror of horrors, the one in Cormontreuil, apart from the beer and champagne selection, had many empty shelves and the meat was generally of lower quality. In the end, I'll continue to shop at the one in Tinqueux, which is much more pleasant despite having a smaller sales area.

Cool, clean, easy parking, has everything you might possibly want. Expect to walk some distance inside to the public toilets.

I would like to give a special mention to your colleague Marie in the flower department.
Very professional, she went above and beyond to make my purchase of five large plants as easy as possible (packaging the pots for the soil, storing them since I couldn't take everything on the first trip).
I hope all your staff are just as professional.

A huge store where you can buy absolutely everything a person could possibly need for life. Flip-flops, balls, mugs, a bicycle pump, a huge selection of groceries, a ton of household chemicals, and both hot and cold food. The only downside is that the store is so huge that you have to walk a lot. Other than that, it's fantastic that such a large store is so big.

This store is really big.
Since it became a Carrefour, I find it's warmer, but it sorely lacked a pleasant atmosphere before. It's much better presented now that the brand has been taken over—well done, Carrefour!
