As regulars, we find the menus to be of good quality and well-prepared. However, we share the same observation regarding the choice of hot dishes, which are too limited in their fish offerings. The daily selection of beef and chicken on one hand, and meat stews on the other, is no longer sufficient to earn two more stars. Today's cafeteria cannot simply rely on yesterday's principles and must move towards a more diverse and balanced menu, with more vegetarian options.

Chez Hoto

15/01/2026: Excellent experience at Hoto. Passing through Mulhouse, I was looking for a quick bite. I definitely don't regret going to Hoto. Very friendly welcome, a wide selection of dishes, and excellent food. I'll be back on my next trip to Mulhouse.
26/12/2025: Everything was perfect, the food was delicious and the portions were generous. The restaurant owners were very kind and polite. I will definitely be back to enjoy these delicious meals again. 🙋🏻‍♂️
