The store is well-stocked and the staff are pleasant. I went through the checkout reserved for people with reduced mobility: Karima's welcome was impeccable. She is very attentive to customers' needs, always smiling and professional. It's truly wonderful to feel valued and well-received!

This isn't specific to this store, but at Carrefour, while the promotions are attractive, there are often problems with the loyalty program. Discount coupons claim to be valid for an entire brand's range but ultimately aren't, for no apparent reason; discount coupons meant to be used towards the loyalty program aren't even credited... It's bordering on misleading information.
