At the self-checkout, I was helped by a young woman named Aurélie. She was very helpful, readily available, polite, and kind, and she showed great patience with some customers, including myself. It was a pleasure, as others don't have the same level of professionalism. I wish her continued success and hope management will thank her.

07/04/2026: Always a fantastic experience at La Gourmandise Tea Room and Restaurant in Mulhouse! Top-notch service, a welcoming and always smiling team. The bread rolls are delicious, fresh, and truly indulgent. A place I highly recommend.
28/03/2026: Unfortunately, and as always, we are faced with the ignorance of bosses who believe that the customer consumes and keeps quiet, but there is a limit to this: degraded toilets, treacherous steps and let's talk about that famous door, and yet it's not for lack of having told them what we should do, otherwise shut up and pay.
