My favorite rest area, smaller than the others, more authentic. If you don't need to fill up your car, it seems like the right choice. The food is local and very good. If I have time, I sit down for aligot with sausage or duck leg with porcini mushroom sauce. The hamburger is also good. If I'm in more of a hurry, a sandwich is delicious, the "Aveyronnais": good bread with duck breast and Roquefort cheese. This rest area also has a hotel. Highly recommended!

Every year, this is our breakfast stop on the way to our holiday destination. The manager is just as helpful as his employees when it comes to providing information about local products and where to visit the Roquefort cellars, etc. We wish the restaurant and its staff continued success.
