Nice discovery this afternoon during our walk in Toulouse We were very well received with quality, homemade cuisine using local products. A good meal, we highly recommend making this detour

02/07/2024: Italian restaurant in the heart of the Carmes district, top-notch and authentic interior decor, very nice terrace. On the other hand, the kitchen was not too good. I had a burrata salad for dinner last week. Burrata very good but the salad itself does not meet expectations at all. Very (too simple) dish, almost exclusively composed of baby spinach, a few cherry tomatoes and walnuts. Lack of good, tasty tomatoes, good seasoning, a little posto... in short, disappointed. The beer was good, however, and the service was friendly.
