A tiny gem in the middle of the tourist madness of Avignon. Very friendly staff, that had no problem with my very limited knowledge of french. Definitely a pub for locals and people looking to relax or spend an afternoon with a book. Definitely stopping by next time im around :)

The best spritz in Avignon: generous, well dosed, reasonable price in the middle of the festival (8 euros) and served with good humor.🍹🍊 Thank you 🧡

Terrace on rue Thiers, a Pastis bar outside the festival, red or white balloon with Pagnolades included. Very decent simple cuisine for 12/14 euros, there's nothing better in the area

Alice et ses merveilles

21/11/2023: A very nice discovery. The place is intimate and very cozy. You need to reserve because there are only around fifteen seats. We were transported into the world of Lewis Caroll but with great professionalism from the restaurant hostess. Harmony of colors of the dishes presented, subtle flavors for our taste buds, very good wines (Vacqueyras white then red). A visit is essential to this pretty restaurant where the chef shows great creativity with fresh, quality products. We will return!
20/11/2023: Delicious, new cousine, fascinating flavours. Absolutely worth trying but not cheap.
