What a wonderful discovery this restaurant was!
The waiter was exceptionally kind: smiling, attentive, and responsive, not to mention the lovely waitress.
We tried the bourride, which was excellent and very generous.
We will definitely return on our next trip to Saint Mandrier.

Second visit to St. Mandrier and second meal at Calypso. Whether it was the bourride, the mussels, or the fish of the day, each time a delight. The service is quick and friendly. "Never two without three," as they say: so see you soon!

I absolutely loved Calypso. A warm welcome and genuinely kind staff. A fantastic setting right on the port. The whole John Dory and risotto were cooked to perfection, and the Tamaris mussels with homemade fries were delicious. And all this at an undeniably good price. A truly wonderful place.

A lovely evening on Monday, May 11th. The dishes were excellent and original.

We were a large group, arrived at 1:45 pm, received a very warm welcome despite the restaurant being full and the end of service, very little wait, delicious grilled octopus, excellent tamarisk mussels, great kindness, I recommend 100%, well done to the whole team!
