A warm welcome, courteous owner, good food, but a menu that doesn't offer many choices. Perhaps this is to ensure fresh produce?
My only complaint is that I didn't receive bread with my steak and fries. I'm sure I would have received it if I had asked, but I think it should have been included with the main course.

We had lunch at Calypso for the first time yesterday… and what a wonderful discovery!
An exceptional experience from start to finish: impeccable service, elegant presentation, and a very pleasant atmosphere.
Upon arrival, we were offered a complimentary homemade tapenade as an absolutely remarkable amuse-bouche: subtle, light, with neither too much oil nor too intense. It perfectly set the tone for a refined meal.
As for the food, everything was perfect:
The homemade fish soup was exceptional, rich in flavor and perfectly executed.
The grilled octopus tentacles… a true revelation! Incredibly tender, with perfectly balanced seasoning. A simply divine dish.
A must-try address to remember, where you can go with your eyes closed 😍

During a weekend getaway in April with friends, we ate at this fantastic restaurant.
The owner is incredibly friendly and cheerful, and the food was excellent.
