Goût Thé 2 sur Saint-Mandrier-Sur-Mer

We came to eat at this fabulous restaurant, which I hadn't been to before. In the evening, by the port of Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer, with the lights of the streets and houses, it's magnificent. There's a rooftop terrace upstairs, which is incredible. All the staff are warm, smiling, and attentive, ensuring you have a wonderful time. The food is worthy of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants. Delicious flavors, perfectly cooked, and a true culinary delight. Thank you to the whole team, and see you soon!

If I could have given 18 stars instead of 5, I would have. I sometimes write reviews, but this one is very special. I'm writing it a bit late, but the memory of this restaurant is incredible. We arrived on August 15th when the restaurant was packed. Upstairs, downstairs, on the terraces… Being good optimists, we tried… There, We were treated like royalty. No seats available, but they found us one inside anyway… then, unexpectedly, they set up a table for us outside… that alone was amazing… because we're not regulars, just nobodies… but we're wonderful nobodies… 😉 I ordered grilled sea bass and my sweetheart had salmon pasta… excellent. The service was incredible, with very little waiting; everything was perfectly arranged. Before, of course, a little planter's punch… chilled!!! Which is a nice touch. Desserts followed, and in the meantime, I left the table to watch the magnificent fireworks display. No one complained. A very special mention goes to that tall blond man with an orange Apple Watch, without whom none of this would have been possible. A true professional, the likes of which we rarely see anymore. An exceptional terrace, especially in the evening at sunset. A simple yet perfectly executed menu. It's truly delicious. The service is friendly and efficient. Le Goût-Thé II is a refined and romantic spot for two.

We came as a family with our two children and had a wonderful time. The restaurant is magnificent, with a superb rooftop setting overlooking the harbor and the sea. The waitresses are very pleasant, the service is impeccable, and the food is excellent. Everything was truly perfect! I highly recommend this place. Just remember to book in advance, as the restaurant is very popular… and you'll quickly understand why! 😊
