Very friendly and helpful staff, except the miserable woman on the tills. Even other till operators laughed when I pulled a face. Won't put me off as this was a fabulous store, very well laid out and cool inside

Almost every time we go shopping, the MERCI brand soft cheese dispenser is either empty or there's hardly any left. There were no more PÂTURAGES brand petits suisses either. On the other hand, there's a gentleman at one of the checkouts who is exceptional, with a warm welcome, attentiveness, and helpfulness. He groups items of the same category together, and he does just enough to allow us, as people of a certain age, to have time to put all our purchases in the cart. He could give advice to the other cashiers. Sincerely

The entrance hall lacks appeal, and the dry cleaning area is underutilized. Several shelves are empty in the store.
