The food is in keeping with the theme, a well-prepared French brasserie. The eggs mayonnaise were excellent, the fries were great, and the hanger steak was very tender. The service was very good, the waiter was very pleasant. The location is also nice. Very satisfied with this place. I recommend it.

I hadn't been back since 1994... life happens... but what a pleasure and joy to be here. The setting is still perfect, the food is excellent, and the welcome and service are superb.

Restaurant La Coupe d'Or

28/10/2025: A great place to stay in the heart of Lisieux. The family room is spacious and quiet. We loved the breakfast, especially the homemade madeleines. The jams are also excellent!
27/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for one night. After having problems with our first room due to the noise from the kitchen ventilation system, we were moved to another room. The rooms are fine, but nothing extraordinary. The toilet seat was broken, the pipes seemed half-clogged, and when we came in, a damp smell hit our noses. Apart from that: clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was okay. Good for a stopover hotel.
