I would like to point out that the staff at the Campanile hotel are generally very pleasant and sunny. After a long day of work, it's a real pleasure to be greeted with so many positive vibes. This makes the stay much more pleasant and peaceful. However, I unfortunately have to lower my rating due to an unpleasant experience on the evening of 10/16/2024. I was with friends, and we came across a person at reception who was very nonchalant, almost disturbed by our presence. We asked him about the drinks available, and he couldn't answer us correctly, while seeming to disparage the management. This attitude made the evening quite uncomfortable, which is unfortunate given the usual quality of service.

The food is good, and the waiter John is always friendly and welcoming. I have dined there several times for work, and the experience has always been pleasant. however, the beers are a bit expensive. Despite this, it is a place that I recommend for a good meal with excellent service.
