Clean but small rooms. A small safe would be a nice addition. Breakfast with plenty of choice was perfect!

Clean, good breakfast. Limited place on underground garage. Only one homeless guy in they way back from metro! 😉

A good hotel, with the following areas for improvement: insufficient storage space in the room; overpriced breakfast at €16.99; and the very rude request to charge €3 for each bag. I paid €15 on arrival for five backpacks and €15 on the day of departure. Any hotel will store your bags for free if you arrive before 2:00 PM, and on the day of check-out if you have a late flight.

As soon as they heard Polish, they posted security to prevent anyone from taking anything. I felt sad, because I'm also Polish, and whether it's Vienna, Berlin, or Prague, I've never seen such behavior, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

We stayed for just one night and it was perfect. The staff was very welcoming. The room was nice; clean and spacious enough for three people (and the beds were comfortable). The breakfast was varied, and the staff were attentive and friendly. It's perfectly located for visiting the Cité des Sciences and going to a concert at the Zénith...

Great hotel, lovely staff, would recommend

The hotel is tastefully decorated and a 4-5 minute walk from metro line 7. The room was small but quiet, and the bedding was very comfortable. Be aware that the shower water temperature fluctuates between scalding hot and lukewarm. While it's understandable that the room wasn't cleaned (sheets changed, dusting), making the bed is the bare minimum, in our opinion, for a hotel that is supposed to be 3 stars. The luggage storage service is convenient (€3), but I don't quite understand the point of making guests go to the staff room to drop off and then retrieve their suitcases. The reception staff were very friendly.

We stayed for two nights in a room for three people. The bedding was excellent, the room very clean, and we received a very warm welcome. The breakfasts were varied, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Thank you for the hospitality and for this wonderful stay.

Overall, it is an okay hotel; the staff is very nice, and breakfast is fine (the egg cooker doesn't work properly), but the bathroom is not clean. Also, the shower temperature fluctuates between ice-cold and scorching hot every second. We had booked a room with one queen-sized bed and one bunk bed, but received a (very spacious) room with one king-size bed and one sofa bed. Not what we had booked. Fortunately, we were eventually able to switch thanks to the helpful staff.
