Campanile Aurillac Restaurant sur Aurillac

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, always smiling and attentive. The location is also a real plus, very convenient and well situated. However, the room could use some improvements to be more comfortable. Despite this, the stay was still quite pleasant overall thanks to the staff's friendliness.

This hotel offers good value for money. Its slightly out-of-the-way location means you can't easily walk to the city center. However, the hotel itself is very quiet and offers views of nature. The room is clean and well soundproofed. Parking is accessible at any time of day or night. Finally, this Campanile hotel has rooms on two levels with an external staircase, which makes accessing the upper floor with a stroller a bit tricky. There's no elevator, but it's not a major inconvenience.

No complaints, just a little effort on cleanliness.

The hotel is well located, yet a little off the beaten path. A bit of a refresh would be welcome. The welcome is warm.
