Aging hotel but very clean. Very very kind and caring staff. Hearty and excellent breakfast 👌. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and it was delicious (fresh salmon tartare and all-you-can-eat buffet) I highly recommend.
Reservation for 1 night. Very clean room, great customer service. Many thanks Alexandre for your welcome. Every employee I have interacted with has been phenomenal. The manager is very welcoming and involved in the smooth running of his hotel and the well-being of his teams. Hotel very easy to access, traveling alone I felt safe.

Stayed in twin room. Room was clean. Needs deepclean. AC dial front case was broken but worked. Bathroom shelf was lose, and would fall. So only put small items on it. Room service didn't replace toilet paper so had go reception to request. Hotel 5mins from tram to city. 25mins to main city centre. Didn't eat breakfast or dinner as expensive for what you get eg €15pp for breakfast. Good budget hotel. No frills, just basic room with beds.

I come very often to eat there and it's always so nice, high quality and incredible for the buffet price!! So go there with your eyes closed, it’s perfect value for money, unbeatable in the region.

Best all you can eat restaurant in Bordeaux. Varied and fresh starter buffet, two unlimited hot dishes always with good vegetables or side dishes. The best restaurant value for money and what's more they are nice. !!!! Go there without hesitation and PS I am a real customer, see my reviews on Google 😸.
