A huge thank you and congratulations to Tiphaine at reception who calmly, patiently, logically, with a smile and a touch of humor, managed the disorganization of a group of nearly 80 people for several nights in a row, ensuring everyone had a room to sleep in safely. Beyond her professionalism, she demonstrated great compassion. The hotel is close to the Zenith concert hall, the rooms are very clean and quite comfortable. No complaints whatsoever :)

Restaurant: good starter but the paprika chicken main course was very dry (overcooked) and the curry rice was bland; excellent breakfast and pleasant staff
