Unfortunately, upon arrival, the heating wasn't working in our room, and we were given the next room, but it had the same problem. We were cold the first night. The next day, they kindly lent us a portable heater, which was perfect for the night. The rooms are clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the cleaning staff are lovely. I would especially like to thank the North African receptionist who worked until 9:30 pm on Saturday. I left my phone in the Uber, and he was incredibly kind and patient, letting me make several calls to retrieve it.

The welcome was rather distracted, and the employee was unable to explain where our room was once we were outside in the dark. There was an invisible sign in the corner for rooms at the back. The breakfast room has rather uncomfortable furniture and quite basic decor.
