The staff were pleasant, however, if you're planning a family trip, this isn't ideal: the bathroom doesn't lock (and there's only one chair for two people). If you're looking for exceptional cleanliness, this isn't ideal either: stained cushions, crumbs on the floor, and even a long hair... the shower head sprays everywhere, and there's a musty smell as soon as you enter the room. Then there's the cleaning lady who enters the room at 10 am, knowing that check-out is at noon. On the other hand, the staff are very pleasant, the hotel is well-located, and parking is available.

As part of a training course, I spent six weeks at this incredible hotel. The setting is magnificent. The rooms are very clean, with a large desk for working and a very comfortable bed. The staff is lovely and attentive; they went above and beyond, truly concerned about their guests' well-being. And above all, the food is superb, with generous portions and a menu that changes daily. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return when I'm in the area! 😁 And thank you again for everything.

As part of my job, I travel to Lille very regularly, and that's how I discovered this hotel. For almost two years now, it's been my go-to place. The setting is fantastic, the rooms are clean and modern, and above all, the welcome is incredibly warm and the staff is so attentive. A special mention goes to the bubbly Inès at reception, always smiling, and to Zora, who always takes care of my room with a smile and good cheer! I highly recommend it!

A lovely hotel, the most pleasant one I've ever stayed in. Knowing that I'm disabled, I called to ask if they could serve me in my room, and within five minutes, the staff arrived with a tray, smiling, attentive, and absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

After my two-week stay, I can say that the atmosphere at this Campanile was exceptionally friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the food was quick and catered for all tastes.
