Campanile Montelimar Restaurant sur Les Tourrettes

When traffic starts up again around 4:30 am The rooms facing the road are affected by the noise.

Excellent lasagna, perfectly cooked fish. Attentive staff.

There's no restaurant! And nothing in the immediate vicinity, so bring a picnic. Just breakfast.

We have stayed at various hotels in this chain in the past and have generally been satisfied. This hotel is located right next to the tollbooth, but the rooms are quiet. The rooms are, as always, quite small but still adequate in size. The beds are clean and comfortable. A kettle and tea and coffee making facilities are provided. The bathroom was less clean, especially the shower. There was no radiator, so it was cold in the bathroom. The staff is friendly. The breakfast selection is relatively comprehensive. Pets are allowed.

The very friendly receptionist, Ivandri, helped us find a clean room right away after an 11-hour drive from the Netherlands. Breakfast will probably be good tomorrow morning as well. I will, however, tell Booking.com about their inaccurate description of this excellent hotel.
