My experience with Kyriad Direct was very positive. The telephone reception for the reservation was impeccable, and upon my late arrival at the hotel, the night porter was kind and helpful. Furthermore, for breakfast, which starts at 6:30 am, I arrived at 5:30 am and was still able to have breakfast... I highly recommend them.

I enjoyed my stay; the girls were very welcoming. I'll be back as I'm doing training nearby. The location is convenient and the breakfast was good.

We stayed at this hotel last night and frankly, we have no complaints. The room was adequate for the price, the reception staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent. Even though we didn't receive the confirmation email from Booking.com, they had no problem letting us stay in the room. I'll definitely keep this hotel in mind for our next trip to Montpellier.

I stayed four nights at this hotel and I was delighted. The room was clean upon arrival and remained so throughout my stay; the towels were changed daily and the bed was made. The staff is very professional. The proximity to the tram and the surrounding shops is a real plus.

The bed was terrible for sleeping. The place was outdated. But the staff were very pleasant.
