4 good nights spent in the hotel and a very good breakfast in the morning

Hotel with potential but deplorable welcome several times and no change in reception staff, training exists and early departures

Nice room and location but the friendliness of the staff could be improved

Room just renovated, comfortable. Very comfortable bedding.

Cobweb under the desk, shower seal not clean at all and the icing on the cake when going to bed, on the fitted sheet blood stains and not small ones and hairs. 11 p.m. no one is there so I wait until the next morning to notify reception. I show him the photo of the sheet, his question: why didn't you report the problem straight away? it was 11 p.m. no one at reception and no one answered the phone... She told me very well I'm going to ask the cleaning lady to change the sheets. No apology and not even a small commercial gesture. The breakfast is adequate but nothing more. Not a lot of salt, which is a shame. We won't come back, that's for sure.
