The room was clean and stylish, the staff were really friendly, and the food and breakfast were excellent!

My room had bloodstains on the wall, and they wouldn't clean it unless you asked. In another room, there were stains on the bed sheets, and the shower sometimes didn't work properly.

Good breakfast but limited dinner options. It took three days to get the towels and sheets cleaned. Good facilities.

Professional, responsive, and caring team, both on the phone and in person. Friendly welcome note from the housekeeping staff. Spacious, stylish, comfortable, and very quiet room. Restaurant: excellent, generous portions, and varied menu daily. 7 minutes from all bus stops. Thank you to the entire team.

We had a pleasant stay; the staff were attentive. The only thing missing was lighting in the room.

Excellent staff! Rest assured if one of your loved ones is hospitalized here on behalf of Mourier Hospital! The staff will take excellent care of them. The hospital is accessible by bus or on foot (30-minute walk). The location is close to the Seine, with the option to run along the banks on the Colombes side. The rooms are clean and the meals are good.

Honestly, my parents' stay went wonderfully. The staff is very empathetic and responsive. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay; plus, it's very well connected.

The rooms had everything we needed with adjoining family rooms and tea and coffee. Beds were very comfy. Could have been cleaner as there were stains on the wall, curtains and bathroom. Some repair work needed e.g. door handles were broken. But cannot fault service, everyone including house keeping and on front desk were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good croissants and crepes. We regret its a bit far from the city centre and could take up to an hour everyday to see the main sites. The metro is not close so we ended up using bolt which was very pricey. Overall comfy and friendly hotel but not the most convenient.
