23/04/2026: A very bad experience at this pizzeria. There was an error in my order: one of the pizzas was the wrong one. I called to calmly report the problem, taking the time to repeat myself several times because communication was difficult. The person on the phone had trouble understanding and expressing themselves, which made the conversation difficult. Despite this, the tone was unpleasant and aggressive, even telling me not to shout when I was speaking normally. He offered to remake the pizza, but in an arrogant tone, as if the problem was my fault. I felt like I had to justify myself, almost like I was begging for a mistake that wasn't mine. I didn't even want to take the pizza back given the way I was spoken to. No apology, no sense of customer service. Very disappointing, I do not recommend it.

17/04/2026: I came Friday morning; the employee managed the entire Waffle Factory single-handedly that day. It's remarkable, and the hot drinks are delicious: I had one, then a second. It wasn't very crowded that morning, so it was perfect for relaxing alone, which I love. Thank you for your work! <3

19/04/2026: Honestly, the hygiene rules aren't being followed. The guy touches the card reader, the bills, then blows his nose and goes to make our pizzas. Luckily the oven kills bacteria, but I'd take more of a risk with my health eating there.

The pizzas weren't cooked properly, the dough was nothing like real pizza dough, the texture was unpleasant, and the taste was truly awful. Honestly, one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. 24/04/2026: Oh dear, I agree with the other reviews… It's so filthy, it's practically an abandoned Quick! The cleaning is appalling, and the equipment is terrible—the seats are completely worn out, the children's play area is disgusting, there's sticky stuff everywhere! In short, it's shameful.
