Campanile Restaurant sur Aix-Les-Bains

During a business trip, we booked a room at this hotel for its proximity and convenience. The room was functional and standard, suitable for one night, but a small refrigerator would have been appreciated, especially in the heat. We had been proactive in asking if we could check in a little early, as we might arrive very late. The staff was very understanding and accommodating, which is worth noting. However, a mistake was made when giving us the card: the wrong room key, which prevented us from entering. We had to contact reception to have someone let us in. Another small drawback: breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m., which is a little early, especially for a hotel. We arrived at 9:30 a.m. and everything was already tidied up. Fortunately, upon our departure, we were kindly offered a croissant and a pain au chocolat, which we greatly appreciated. In summary: a practical hotel, with a good welcome despite a few awkward moments. Suitable for a short business trip.

The young man at reception did everything he could to help us and resolve a problem with a door and key that wasn't working. He was very pleasant and friendly, thank you. The room was clean and quiet, with excellent air conditioning. I recommend it.

Excellent stay at this Campanile hotel. The setting is beautiful, both modern and welcoming, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is always available to guests, always available and attentive, without ever being intrusive—a real plus for feeling well taken care of. The rooms are spacious, perfectly clean, and very well-equipped, guaranteeing optimal comfort. A special mention goes to the breakfast: a wide selection of fresh, local produce, a great way to start the day. The restaurant offers a menu that changes daily, with simple but very tasty and well-prepared dishes. And what about the terrace? A true haven of tranquility to relax on. I recommend this establishment without the slightest hesitation, whether for a business trip or a family getaway.

I had a pleasant stay. The staff was excellent, attentive from start to finish. The hotel is very well located (shop less than a 5-minute drive away). The room was decent, clean, and well-equipped (air conditioning, hairdryer, TV). Breakfast was good, as was the meal. Parking is available just downstairs or in front of the rooms (convenient when you have large suitcases). The trash and laundry are changed regularly. Very satisfied to have chosen Campanile for a peaceful rest.

Excellent meal! We had an exceptional time at this restaurant. The dishes were simply delicious, the ceviche incredible, and the chef's talent exceptional. Each plate was a true work of art, with perfectly mastered flavors and bold combinations. The service was impeccable, with an attentive and friendly team. A must-visit for lovers of fine cuisine. Bravo to the chef! We will definitely return!

I really enjoyed this stay. I am used to staying at higher standard hotels and I was very pleasantly surprised. The establishment is ideally located next to the Aix les Bains golf course which provides a pleasant and calming view. I would like to warmly thank Guillaume and Christine for their warm welcome. I really liked the little story that this establishment is the first of the Campanile brand which opened in France in 1976 and this one has just been refreshed! The room was very pleasant, impeccable cleanliness, despite a small technical problem with the shutter, the team intervened immediately after my report so problem resolved 3 minutes with watch in hand and thank you for your responsiveness! For the restaurant, the service is like the welcome: warm and friendly. The prices are very affordable and the food delicious. Same for the breakfast buffet. I am keeping this hotel on my list for a future visit to Aix les Bains. Thank you!

I admit I didn't expect much when I booked for a night at the Campanile. But I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome, a consideration from the customer like we don't see too much anymore, it's very pleasant. As I booked the same night as a leisure/holiday center, there were a lot of young children and the staff found it more accommodating to give me a room away from the group at the last moment and therefore give me a more spacious and quiet room. A little upgrade much appreciated! Breakfast was varied, fresh and appetizing! Honestly the value for money is excellent! I recommend for a passage / stopover in Aix les Bains! And thank you for the welcome! I would come back!

Scalded by the manager of the Campanile de Chelles who one heatwave day forced us to eat indoors, I had not set foot in this chain for around fifteen years!!!!! Recently I booked at the Campanile in Aix les Bains where I was very surprised. Completely renovated hotel, pleasant and clean room with a large bed. At breakfast, very good coffee among other things and the icing on the cake is the smiling, available and very polite staff. Rather rare these days.....

First the negative side, a day under the front door which lets air and light pass through. Toilet and shower too close and without walls, everything is wet even if you are careful, a shame because the shower itself is great. Otherwise, beautiful, pleasant room, very good bedding, correct equipment, very welcoming, smiling and caring staff. Wide choice for breakfast, perfect.
