I've been coming to this bakery regularly for several months now, and I can say without hesitation that it's one of the best I've ever experienced. As soon as you walk through the door, a delicious aroma of warm bread and fresh pastries envelops you, and the welcome is always just as warm. --- 🥖 Exceptional bread, worthy of great artisans The bread is a true delight. Whether it's the traditional baguette, the country-style baguette, the whole-wheat bread, or the seeded bread, each product is crispy, flavorful, and well-baked. You can feel the care taken in its making, with quality flours and controlled fermentation. There are even special loaves depending on the day, which allows for a variety of pleasures. The most impressive thing is that the bread stays good for several days, which is rare these days. It has flavor, holds its shape, and has real personality. --- 🥐 Artisanal pastries To die for It's impossible not to mention the pastries, which are fresh, generous, and meltingly soft. The croissant is perfectly golden, flaky, and not too greasy, and the pain au chocolat contains two beautiful melting bars.
