Excellent location and lovely surroundings. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and the food is delicious. Breakfast is superb, always served with a smile and excellent service by Catherine and Marie-Laure. My husband and I always enjoy staying here for work when we come to Normandy.

The room's amenities and quality need improvement. The price of the griddle is excessive.

The young woman at reception was also very kind and attentive. The welcome is a very important criterion for us. We look forward to returning! 👏🌟

One night with breakfast booked. We arrived around 6 pm to drop off our suitcases before going out for dinner. Having requested a quiet room, the receptionist assigned us a different room than the one we had reserved (we had booked an executive room). Upon entering the room, we noticed that the heating wasn't working, there was no coffee, tea, or sugar, and the armchair was covered in crumbs. We called reception, who told us they would take care of it and turn the heating on from the central control system. After 20 minutes, the coffee, sugar, and tea capsules arrived, but after an hour, the heating still wasn't working. We went out for dinner. Upon returning, there was still no heat. I then asked the receptionist for a space heater. She found one for us, along with some blankets, and delivered them after about ten minutes. Helpful and pleasant, Carolina solved a real problem with an unheated room. Breakfast was excellent. At check-out, after mentioning the points discussed above, the receptionist (a different person than the previous day) gave us a much-appreciated discount to compensate for these inconveniences. Thank you.

Very satisfied with this establishment, we were welcomed by helpful and pleasant staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the food is quality. We participated in a family reception organized in a private room for this purpose, excellent stay.
