Everything very good, except the bathroom and toilet in the room not renovated

During my last stay, I was able to discover the hotel in a new light: firstly, because the renovation work had been completed, and then, because exceptionally I was working odd hours. The “Lodge” style is both retro and trendy. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was when I slept during the day. And the staff always at the top!

The room was a bit dated with stained carpet. The bathroom has been renovated. The downside was the reception where I had a 25 minute wait before checking into my room...

Stopped for a drink, very modern, nice pool and lovely staff.

Positive: One night, nice setting, quiet. Beautiful and large room. Big bed. Very nice terrace near the small swimming pool (at 20°...) and beautiful bar and restaurant decor. Negative: It's a REALLY shame that I couldn't have a coffee in the morning with the Nespresso. There was mold at the bottom of the water tank (which happens when water is left to stagnate without drying). Concerning the toilets... The toilet block is poorly fixed and moves a lot... Very unpleasant, and risk of flooding... Disappointing for a Novotel!

Perfect welcome, clean and high quality hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for just one night during my stay in France. The rooms are nice, clean, ours was a little small for a triple but overall it was more than fine. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The fast service, the excellent food and the very abundant breakfast. In our group there is a celiac person who was given specific things for his intolerance, so another plus. The only problem (serious in my opinion) was the fact that in our room there was a winter duvet only in the double bed and not in the single bed. The cot only had a sheet and a very light cloth which clearly did not meet our needs as it is cold outside and it was certainly not enough to cover ourselves at night. I tried to look in the wardrobe to see if there was an extra blanket but unfortunately it wasn't there. For the rest, the stay was really excellent. At the reception we found a very nice girl who, seeing our difficulties in speaking French, offered to explain things to me in Spanish (another language I know, in addition to Italian) making it much easier to understand. Furthermore, to apologize for the renovation work currently taking place inside the hotel, they offered us an aperitif before dinner. Really excellent. If it happens again, we will definitely be back.
