We broke down 2km towards campanile for 4 nights and were pampered throughout our improvised stay. A big thank you to the entire Bernadette team! Looking forward to seeing you again...THANK YOU.

Staff who give of themselves and always with a smile despite having tools that could make their lives and their work easier! A small update of the hotel is necessary in my opinion (room and lock mainly) But a 5 star for Alyssa at reception and Johanna at room service who were very welcoming and professional!!! And a chef who makes good meals! Well done to them!

The welcome is great, the restaurant service is great, the breakfast buffet is super generous. The bedding is of very good quality, the mattress is firm as can be, only the bedroom and the TV are a little small. I will return there with great pleasure. As for the restaurant, the cuisine is simple but effective, it's simply good.
