Despite booking a room directly over the phone, the room was not suitable for my needs. Having reduced mobility following knee surgery, I wanted a room with an accessible shower, but the shower was raised and impossible to reach, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility despite the phone confirmation. The room was very cold. The reception was adequate and the breakfast was complete.

We arrived late at night and received a warm and friendly welcome. After a good night's rest, we enjoyed a varied and good quality breakfast (for a hotel near the highway) before continuing our journey. Private parking.

The welcome and breakfast service, perfectly handled by Sofiane, was impeccable; a very pleasant experience. Everything was spotless.

What makes the hotel exceptional is its very friendly and smiling staff, attentive to their guests. The proximity of restaurants all around the hotel is also a plus.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm and inviting from the moment I walked in, with a little Christmas decoration that immediately set the mood. The "enchanted break" with hot chocolate and cookies was a really lovely touch after a long day! The staff was welcoming, and the place was clean and pleasant. Honestly, I had a great time and I'll cherish the memories of this hotel. I highly recommend it.
