Excellent location, with nice and clean sanitary facilities. Water and drainage on camping sites, electricity 10 amps. Very quiet location that is also easily accessible with a larger caravan.
Electric car charging connection available
I would like to express my gratitude to Petrie and Tony for there kindness and help that they shown to my wife when she had a unfortunate fall and needed to go to the hospital, I cannot thank them enough, We hope to return to the site next year as it had the best faculties we have come across in Europe .
Very nice beautiful campsite.
Compared to other campsites in northern France, this campsite is beautifully green and atmospheric.
Nice spacious pitches and good and clean sanitary facilities.
The children had a great time.
Nice compact campsite. Nice and friendly staff members. Clean toilets. And a wonderfully quiet environment to relax in. The surrounding area is still like the Netherlands in the fifties, no windmills, no solar panels and very friendly villagers......
Beautiful campsite for those looking for peace and quiet. Beautiful places. Well maintained. Toilet building dated but neat and very clean. For those traveling with small children: there are some standing areas with a good view of the playground. Tony and Petrie (owners) are very hospitable! Keep it up.
Superb site for a stop over on our travels from Calais to Strasbourg but also for families wanting a small site with plenty of things to do with their children. Local lake and chateau (remains) have an interesting history linked to the Palace of Versailles - I'll leave you to research it for yourself. Lovely walks and quiet local village with a shop, pharmacy and patisserie. Not too far to walk to the German War Cemetery with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. Less than an hour drive to Verdun and its sobering memorials to the fallen in WW1.
We stayed here for 8 days with a tent and 2 motorcycles to explore the area.
It is a very nice campsite with large pitches and owners who do everything they can to serve you. And the owner speaks Dutch. Clean campsite with plenty of choice of sun or shade. The toilets and showers are also very clean and always enough paper. With food they have a choice of a restaurant/chip shop open for 3 days and on Mondays and Thursdays you can order delicious pizzas. There are 2 restaurants in the village where you can also eat well. We were here at the end of June. In short, a very nice campsite to stay a little longer.
The weather has to be nice of course.
