Camping Le soleil des bastides sur Cahuzac-Sur-Vere

5 stars for campsite Le Soleil des Bastides in Occitania. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape and the fantastic campsite. Spacious pitches, peace and quiet, good and clean sanitary facilities, a lovely swimming pool, bar, and restaurant. Wonderful cycling through the vineyards with visits to the wine estates 🍷 AnneSophie, Sylvain, and the team work hard to make this little gem a reality. Sylvain's playlist is fantastic! In short, a hidden gem!

We are a couple with a caravan: PROS: - Quiet campsite. - Small campsite. - Clean restrooms. - Shaded pitches. - Nice pool with sun loungers. - Super friendly staff. - Good restaurant with good music. - Shared freezer. - The morning baguette is really good. CONS: - Despite booking in April and specifying that we wanted a shaded pitch, we weren't given one of the shadiest. We were given pitch 42, which is huge, but with very little shade; therefore, we couldn't enjoy it. - You can't charge an electric car on the pitch. If we pay for 10 amps and don't use them all, it doesn't make sense not to be able to charge the car; in fact, if we exceeded 10 amps with the car, the electricity would trip; therefore, we wouldn't be able to charge the car. - There isn't much to do in the surrounding area.

Fantastic campsite; quiet, shady, heated pool, excellent welcome from Anne-Sophie and Sylvain, top-notch seasonal staff, excellent restaurant (the ice cream too!), very well-maintained sanitary facilities. And what's more, the region is magnificent and the campsite is perfectly located to explore it. We had a wonderful stay at Soleil des Bastides!

We received a fantastic welcome from the two owners upon arrival. The pool is huge and set in a superb location; everything is truly tastefully decorated. It really deserves to be better known, as it was quite empty compared to other campsites we stayed at during our van trip. I absolutely recommend it!

The team is very welcoming, the food is of very high quality, the setting is super pleasant, and the playlist is fantastic: not just burgers and ice cream, but so much more! We love coming here and highly recommend it!

Quality accommodations. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. A campsite ideal for relaxation in its verdant setting. Perfect for unwinding with a pétanque court, swimming pool, books, and board games available...

A campsite just the way we like them! A week spent with friends and children on a large, flat tent pitch. The grounds are peaceful, pleasant, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the lovely biodiversity (birds, hedgehogs, etc.). Anne Sophie and Sylvain are very welcoming and always ready to help. We enjoyed the restaurant where we ate very well and the staff were charming. The proximity to the village is a bonus, and the very clean swimming pool was much appreciated during the heatwave! We also appreciated the eco-friendly practices implemented at this campsite. We truly felt at home while still being able to disconnect! We discovered this campsite with a group of motorcyclists. The campsite in general is fantastic, with a magnificent swimming pool. It's really peaceful. The half-board option was excellent; we ate very well. The only comment I received was about the lack of air conditioning in some of the accommodations. And given the temperatures we had...😅😅 Otherwise, very good.
