Camping River sur Meolans-Revel

We had a superb holiday with our 2 teenagers in this quiet and family campsite. A great location, very friendly owners and staff, very clean sanitary facilities. Great advice for our hikes and other excursions. We will definitely come back.

Months ago, I looked online at home for a campsite in nature, not too big, and ended up at the River campsite. We were not disappointed, because what a fantastic campsite! That starts with the wonderful owners. Sweet and involved, full of good information about the area and what to do. Spotless sanitary facilities, cozy bar and terrace. We were there in the last week, so the restaurant was logically closed, but I hear and read that you can also enjoy great food there. Beautifully situated on that beautiful rugged river, with a view of the mountains.... And I could go on and on, but you simply have to experience this. We will definitely come back!! Great, quiet, clean place, with nice operators

Simply fantastic! The location right on the river and the loving design of the complex ensure the best holiday feeling. But the warm and friendly hospitality from David simply ensures extra well-being. Even though the restaurant was closed out of season and the bar was only open for a few hours, the stay was perfect all around. The sanitary facilities were super clean and well maintained.

We had a great week at Camping River. Upon arrival we were received very warmly by the owner Claire, who gave clear explanations about the campsite. We could choose a spot ourselves. The pitches are spacious and there is sufficient balance between sun and shade. The sanitary facilities were always clean because they were maintained very regularly. The restaurant/terrace are cozy and beautiful near the river. During the week the owners Claire and David were incredibly helpful and were always up for a chat or tips. Nice to be able to use the communal BBQ. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we would highly recommend this campsite!

We had a large plot with a view of the mountains. The operators are friendly, professional and helpful. The pool is pleasant and the small lake with a SUP is also fun for the children. You can order baguettes and croissants there for the morning. The restaurant has delicious pizza. The sanitary facilities were always clean. The cleaning staff was also very nice. Relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful landscape where you can do a lot (hiking, rafting, waterfalls, lakes, towns).

What a beautiful place! We stayed in a mobile home at this small campsite. It was ideal that there was a (pizza) restaurant. Super nice owners who give advice about the area. Beautiful region for walks and beautiful drives. Climbing forest 5 minutes away, with zipline over the river. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful campsite in beautiful surroundings

One of the best Places in the valley, small but nice place, right on the river, with its own swimming pond and very good restaurant, the operators are from England and blessed with a lot of humor, our children also really liked it, uncrowded mountain valley with bearable temperatures in this hot Time in August 2023.

In August we had a week's holiday at Camping River with my father and brother. The camping pitches were very spacious with plenty of shade. And what a beautiful view from the camping spot! Because the campsite is cozy, you experience a relaxed feeling. The owners and employees are extremely nice. The sanitary facilities were fine, some showers had a soft jet. But if that's all ;) The bread in the morning was delicious. Top organised.
