We had a wonderful time at Can Marty. We enjoyed perfectly browned mussels with aioli, followed by a delicious and perfectly cooked tuna steak. To finish on a sweet and local note, the Catamisu was a pure delight, truly original! Authentic cuisine that showcases the specialties of Thuir. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time with our family during a road trip! Excellent local cuisine, a nice little wine, and a warm welcome from the biker owner… I highly recommend this place!

Discovered by chance in the center of Thuir, this warm and inviting restaurant, with its pleasant jazz music, was a delightful surprise for lunch. The food was excellent, all homemade, with a weekday menu for under €20. Highly recommended.

18/07/2026: Thank you to the waiter for his warm welcome on the terrace, despite the number of customers this evening (festival in Thuir). We had a very good meal. Very reasonable value for money. (Reservation for 4 under the name Joué)
27/06/2026: Great setting and friendly atmosphere. And yum! 😋 The galette dauphinoise was to die for, and the homemade chocolate gouffre was divine! A real treat for the taste buds! To accompany it, an excellent dry cider! I highly recommend it!
