A century-old hotel and restaurant located right in the center... The menu and wine list never disappoint... Prices and specialties are excellent. The owner is efficient and the chef delights us every time. Pleasant atmosphere

30/03/2026: It was extremely good!, and particularly the tiramisu with rousquille.
18/02/2026: Discovered by chance in the center of Thuir, this warm and inviting restaurant, with its pleasant jazz music, was a delightful surprise for lunch. The food was excellent, all homemade, with a weekday menu for under €20. Highly recommended.

31/05/2026: As usual, we had a very good meal. In my opinion, the quality/price ratio is unbeatable. Always a warm welcome. The young waitress was always smiling, very kind and professional. Agnès is also lovely. The galettes are well-proportioned and there's a good selection.
