one of my favourite restaurants in paris! i always try to go whenever im in the city, the staff are so lovely and the food is always so so good. their birria tacos are to die for! im drooling just thinking about it! you do often have to wait but i always just hope it wont be too long, i wish this restaurant was bigger so it could fit more seats but i love it too much to complain tbh

Candelaria is a great place to visit. The place has 2 places a Taqueria and a backdoor speakeasy with amazing cocktails. The Taqueria has by far the best and most authentic birria tacos you can find in Paris

Food was actually really good, small portions but good nonetheless, though the service was just okay, it was fine in the beginning but then it felt like the servers were ignoring us and stopped checking on us even though we wanted to order more.

We arrived early for tacos, which were delicious. At opening it wasn’t too busy but it was a Wednesday. At 18:00 we went to the speakeasy which was excellent. Music was fun, drinks were awesome and the staff made you feel at home. We ended up popping in for a nightcap at the end of the night.

The food was good but there was one waitress with a bad attitude. She didn't seem to speak French or English, but even if I ordered in Spanish (native) for our table, she wasn't very responsive. She didn't even greet us. On an additional note, the music was so loud for such a small place. It was annoying and we couldn't hear what we were saying to each other. Also happened for a while at the bar downstairs, but the service there was way better Highlight: I liked that they had different spicy sauces that were actually spicy and tasty 🙌

Phenomenal atmosphere, good vibes amongst the staff which was infectious and instantly set us up into a good mood and into an even better meal, best tacos we have ever had!!!

01/09/2026: A very friendly restaurant serving delicious California inspired food in the heart of Paris. Staff is warm and attentive, several dishes, including the pancakes, the shiitake mushroom bacon, the smash burger, and the crème brûlée cookie are outstanding, as is the new Tex Mex inspired salad, tangy, and tasty!

25/07/2026: The two owners are a delight, and time passes slowly when you eat there. You truly feel at home. Everything is delicious, SUPER RICO! My favorite Mexican place No frills, the food is cooked and served as if you were eating at a Mexican's home!
