The service was excellent, a big thank you to the waitresses! The food was superb, prepared with fresh ingredients. I especially loved the matcha with maple syrup. I highly recommend this place!

My favorite breakfast spot every time I come to Paris! Their crispy rice bowl is amazing and I ask for the hot sauce on the side. Their vegetarian shiitake chorizo is also so good!

Amazing brunch and excellent service. However, I can’t give it 5 stars because of the harsh conditions the staff had to work in during the heatwave. The place was extremely hot for both customers and employees. One of the staff members looked like they were on the verge of heat exhaustion while working, which was really concerning. I hope management takes better care of their staff during extreme weather.

There is a widely recognized top burger spot in Chicago called Au Cheval, and this place in France truly gives it a run for its money. From the moment we arrived, the experience stood out. The staff was exceptional throughout, attentive, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the food they were serving. The service elevated the entire brunch. The food itself was outstanding across the board: • Double smash burger with bacon: incredible flavor and perfectly executed. Ask for an uncut piece of bacon, which mirrors Au Cheval’s signature style with a slightly sweet twist that makes it unique and memorable. • Pancakes: light, fluffy, and paired with a homemade cinnamon butter that adds a rich and distinctive layer of flavor. • Breakfast sandwich: served on a toasted English muffin, balanced and delicious. • Skillet cookie: perfectly done with the right amount of melt, chocolate chips, flaky sea salt, and rich chocolate chunks. Have them warm it for the full experience. To top it off, the iced latte was exceptionally smooth and complemented everything perfectly. Thank you for an outstanding brunch experience. The combination of phenomenal food and truly amazing staff made this one special.
