A wonderful romantic evening with my sweetheart. A very pleasant restaurant. The cuisine was a delightful exploration, a blend of Asian and South American influences. The setting was chic and elegant. The team led by David, Pascal, and Kevin was fantastic, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. A meal with friends at a restaurant. We were treated like royalty by the owner in an exceptional setting. As it was our birthday, a lovely little touch was added for us. The fish menu was excellent, as were the dessert and appetizers. We highly recommend it.

The setting is very pleasant and the dining room is very welcoming. As for the food, everything we tasted was absolutely delicious, and the presentation of each dish was impeccable. What can I say... everything is perfect. The welcome was friendly and warm, the rooms were lovely and comfortable, dinner was a true delight for the taste buds, and the staff were professional and attentive. The owners are extremely kind. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

We only stayed at the restaurant. I can't rate the rooms. Coming as a family with my husband and parents, we thoroughly enjoyed the Entre Ciel et Terre menu and tasted almost everything. From starter to dessert, everything is local (or almost, the cocoa, of course) and very well prepared, cooked, concocted, and served. The ingredients are enhanced by the side dishes and sauces. Friendly and entertaining service. We had the opportunity to discuss wines and Gaillac. The 100% Gaillac grape varieties are worth trying. The rural setting is very popular.

We were only customers of the restaurant, which we highly recommend. Delicious, flavorful, and very elaborate dishes, which you don't find every day in many restaurants at this price point. We had a wonderful time and spent a pleasant evening in a wonderful setting.
