A truly beautiful and unique place! A very warm welcome, superb rooms with a lovely view! Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant! So, to add to my review from October, the welcome is still as warm and friendly as ever, the place is still as pleasant, but what more can I say about the meal I was just served than that it was one of my most memorable culinary experiences!

Excellent cuisine served in a magnificent setting with a beautiful view of the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. We highly recommend it.

The setting was chic and elegant. The team led by David, Pascal, and Kevin was fantastic, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. A meal with friends at a restaurant. We were treated like royalty by the owner in an exceptional setting. As it was our birthday, a lovely little touch was added for us. The fish menu was excellent, as were the dessert and appetizers. We highly recommend it.

The staff and the manager are exceptionally kind, always attentive, available, and caring from the beginning to the end of your stay. You feel welcomed with genuine warmth, in an atmosphere that is both welcoming and professional. A must-visit address that I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will be delighted to return.

The setting is very pleasant and the dining room is very welcoming. As for the food, everything we tasted was absolutely delicious, and the presentation of each dish was impeccable.
