Perfect stay. The only downside was the location was not ready, installed on dirt but new mobile home

First experience in a CapFun we expected better. I rate 3 stars for the quality-price ratio, for the services offered this campsite is too expensive for my taste. The network receives very poorly on the pitches and you are offered extra paid WiFi access. The infrastructure is aging in terms of the pool slides (notably 1 was closed) and the mini golf. On the other hand, we discovered during our stay that the team has 2 lifeguards but swimming is not supervised, which surprised me, and especially the use of the large slide is not supervised and the fire doesn't work which is a problem because the children do anything (throw themselves backwards, several at a time). The small grocery store helps out with the bare minimum given what it offers and the prices charged. What justifies my rating is also that when we arrived the mobile home had to be ready "from 4 p.m., plus or minus 1 hour" according to the contract and we arrived at 4:45 p.m. and we were unable to obtain the mobile. -home until 6:10 p.m., and the sheets were not brought to us until around 8 p.m. The cleanliness of the mobile home seemed limited, in the cleaning rules it is requested to shake the blankets and fold them we wonder if they are washed since ours smelled strongly and dog hairs were found there, suffice to say that we Were glad it was warm and we didn't need it. This brings me to the question of the deposit and the inventory of fixtures, the incoming and outgoing inventory is done by the team before and after our arrival so we have no regard for what is noted, and for the deposit a bank imprint is taken in the amount of one euro but the amount of the accommodation deposit is not explicitly specified in the contract only the cleaning deposit is detailed. No instructions provided for sorting waste, the young girl at reception who we asked where the bio waste terminal or the composter is located gave us the impression of speaking another language except that sorting bio waste is a obligation since January 2024, and given the rural area in which the campsite is located we were surprised that this was not in place. The positive points remain a shaded campsite with nice play structures for children, well located geographically for discovering the Dordogne valley but in my opinion this does not justify the price charged in season nor the 4 star label which they defend.

Cap Fun Roca d'Amour is well located (near Rocamadour, Padirac chasm reachable on foot, etc.). The well-shaded pitches offer welcome coolness on hot summer days. The mobile homes, although aging, have a certain charm with their wooden cladding and their covered terrace, perfect for relaxing in the evening. On site, the restaurant offers delicious pizzas, while the grocery store, which also stocks bread, although convenient, is a little expensive. Every evening, entertainment is organized, even if they sometimes lack inspiration. The campsite swimming pool is nice, but the number of deckchairs available remains limited.

We had a great location. Lack of storage in the mobile home, and space in the bedrooms, when we took the mobile home it was clean. We found that there was very little entertainment and that some animators were really not cheerful at all and probably lacked experience... This is not our first CAPFUN and for a CAPFUN it still lacks the FUN touch..! Otherwise we had a very good stay. Lots of things to visit. Nothing nearby, be sure to stock up on supplies, nearest supermarket 11km. Otherwise it's a very beautiful region.

Passable campsite, broken swimming pool ladder, lifeguards in tourist mode, people swimming in shorts. The dog of the managers who barks at all hours, including once until more than midnight, and loud voices very late in the evening among the managers, making it difficult to rest or sleep. The sanitary beam filled with myths. Clean sanitary facilities but rickety toilets. The Stage part is really neglected in full sun made of brick and broque. We would have also done without the big argument between the manager and the cleaning lady between the restaurant and reception, in full view of everyone. On the other hand, the play areas all in the same places at the top, the swimming pool complex was very good despite everything, Entertainment level, a little light and difficult for some, too bad, we still had a good vacation

We were lucky to be on the right side of the campsite. The locations are very good. The swimming pool and slides are well maintained, the paddling pool is very cold compared to the other two pools. Children's games are great. On the other hand, the entertainment staff lack experience and investment. The children's club leaders don't make you want to. The only morning we went to the pool, the lifeguards had an alarm failure claiming that they couldn't get the slide to work... The stage for the shows is really low-end. Doing the sports class on dirt and the foam parties in the mud is not worth a 4 star. The evenings hosted by external service providers are, however, very nice. The restaurant and grocery store staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Nice campsite especially on the reception side where we were lucky enough to be!! The other plot is still under construction and without any service.. The grocery store/bar restaurant area is convenient but it would be nice to pay by credit card!! We were promised it for 2 weeks and nothing! And the first distributor is far from being close! These cash payments are getting suspicious...

Limit for a capfun. Stayed in another part of the campsite 10 minutes away, without entertainment, without a small shop or snack bar. Reception, loan of equipment (ping-pong racket), washing machine etc....all in the first part. Perfect new bungalow, but around dirt (construction site), no trees, no grass, no greenery. Swimming pool which closes too early at 8 p.m., an hour more would be good, especially when it is still very hot at 8 p.m. Petanque court without lighting!! Good but nothing more....for a family who stays at the campsite with children and who relies on internal activities it is only limited. Too many things to improve. Sincerely

We are leaving with a heavy heart from 15 great days. Fantastic management, dynamic and adorable animators, top-notch technical service, an extraordinary husband and wife duo of maintenance workers. Not to mention a fantastic restaurant-bar. Lots of laughter, pétanque, entertainment and above all sharing. Our three children are delighted and so are we. If you are looking for a campsite to spend time with family and friends without any hassle, this campsite is for you. Thanks again to everyone for a fabulous 15 days. Kind regards, Richard family ❤️

We have just spent a week weary low level camping we saw worse the 2 parts are nice (we quickly understood that the second part is under construction but frankly nice swimming pool because less crowded than the other park, space between bungalow and a more family side that we appreciated). A cap fun flag would be a good idea to find the entrance to the second because several of us had difficulty arriving. An entertainment level campsite which does what it can with this which he has because having done other capfun in the south have clearly seen that the channel has not made it a priority, too bad for these young people full of will. The games are great for children. We had a very good holiday because we visited during the day and took advantage of everything in the morning and evening. Good luck to them for this season and we will surely come back because the region is magnificent.
