Cap Ouest sur Charbonnieres-Les-Bains

The desserts are amazing! Impeccable, attentive and caring service.

Excellent team in the dining room and kitchen, creative, homemade, and delicious cuisine. That's rare in a hotel! Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

We stopped at this hotel primarily for the excellent meal served by a talented kitchen team. But the heart and soul of this restaurant remains the head waiter, Alain, whose hospitality is remarkable. Always pleasant, always offering personal appreciation, always providing insightful advice on drinks—thank you, Alain. We had the pleasure of getting to know him during our various stops, and the man behind the professional is truly fascinating. See you Friday... Thierry and Marie.

Pleasant terrace and simple, efficient cuisine. Excellent meat. The manager is attentive and friendly.

We always enjoy having lunch at this restaurant; the cuisine is refined and balanced, the welcome is pleasant, and over the years, the quality has always been excellent. Well done!

Excellent restaurant. We had a wonderful meal. Impeccable and friendly service. The staff is very welcoming, and a special mention goes to the gentleman in the dining room who took such good care of us and offered our dachshund a portion of Comté cheese, which he devoured. The Mercure Hotel and its restaurant will definitely be a regular stop on our holiday road trips. See you soon!

We had a lovely and delicious time at Cap Ouest. A menu with varied choices, fresh and beautifully presented products, a calm atmosphere in a leafy and airy setting, attentive service... We'll be back!

Top team with impeccable service and excellent cuisine made with quality ingredients. I highly recommend them.

A very nice restaurant in a pleasant setting. Thank you to the head waiter, Alain, for his attentiveness. We will be back.

An evening to celebrate our children's graduation and 18th birthdays. We stumbled upon Audrey Aguirre's singing performance. Thank you for a wonderful time. Impeccable service, a very welcoming manager, and a very good menu.
