Mediterranean cuisine revisited with great finesse, the Asian touches are perfectly balanced. The caviar tasting was a true discovery, with elegant presentation and an exceptional product. We will definitely be back.

A rooftop with a breathtaking view of the harbor; you never tire of the sunset. The crab pasta is a real winner—fresh and generously filled with crab, you can tell it's homemade. A sure bet in Bormes!

A truly wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic evening at Mimosas sur le Toit.
The setting is absolutely stunning, with a superb panoramic view of the bay. The rooftop is very pleasant and the atmosphere is perfect for a lovely family evening.
We ate very well: the dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The service was also very friendly and professional.
And the icing on the cake: we were able to enjoy the fireworks from the restaurant, without having to get back in the car afterward.
We highly recommend this place and will definitely return. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful evening! 🎆🌴🍽️

We had a wonderful time at Mimosas Sur Le Toit. The linguine with crab meat was delicious, full of flavor, and the ingredients seemed to be of very high quality. The sea view added a real bonus to the meal. The service was warm and the staff very pleasant.
