An exquisite experience at this renovated rooftop restaurant. From the moment you arrive, the ambiance and the view captivate you. The service is impeccable, the food is divine and delicious, and there's a DJ who livens up dinner with great music as the sun sets. The aged beef was fantastic. We spent a wonderful evening at Mimosas sur le Toit on Monday, September 7, 2026. Making a table reservation through "The Fork" was very easy, although it could also have been done by phone or in person. We received a very warm welcome from the host team and chose the three-course set menu in various combinations. Both the meat and fish dishes were creatively prepared and delicious. We rounded off the evening with some great cocktails on the rooftop terrace. We would like to thank our charming host and the team at this highly recommended restaurant. We will certainly return on our next vacation and wish you continued success. Marco Harth

A truly wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at Mimossa Les Toits. Delicious food, high-quality ingredients, and a really lovely setting. The staff is lovely, always smiling, and incredibly attentive. Everything was perfect from start to finish! 😍
I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back! ❤️

Friendly staff. Very pleasant atmosphere inside; we couldn't enjoy the rooftop because rain was forecast (we'll try it next summer!). From aperitif to dessert, everything went smoothly. Original and delicious cocktails. The pasta with lobster was truly a delight; I thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend it.

Excellent rooftop restaurant with sea views over Le Lavandou. We ordered rare steak, which was fabulously tender, and scallops that were equally tender and melt-in-your-mouth. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A must-try at this time of year. The tourists have left! 😁
