The best pizza I've eaten in a very long time, including in Italy, and very well-crafted homemade sourdough pizzas. Very umami vegan pizza with only carefully crafted and quality ingredients. The sourdough dough with strong flours gives a bread-like texture that is closer to bread than what you find in Neapolitan yeast pizza, for example, or other traditional pizzas. It's excellent and it's really a change to see this.
