An experience that goes beyond gastronomy. While the menu changes with the seasons, the constant is the love that goes into every pizza. Chef Bartolo is attentive and answers all questions with a big smile. You can feel his passion for pizza and good food.
Personally, his pizzas are among the best I've ever eaten, and they're all original. You're sure to find one you love. To dine in, be sure to book several weeks in advance. The restaurant only has six seats and is only open on Sunday evenings.
The whole team is lovely.

Pizzeria Capperi is simply exceptional! The pizzas are made with sourdough dough, which makes all the difference: light, flavorful, and perfectly crispy. The quality is impeccable, from the choice of ingredients to the baking. For me, it's clearly the best pizzeria in Bordeaux. A must-try! 🍕✨

Definitely the best pizza in Bordeaux, by far!
I tried the pistachio pizza, which perfectly combines the character of the sourdough crust with the sweetness of the saffron-infused carrot sauce.
