Exceptional. I did not expect when entering this restaurant to be at such a level!!! Everything was delicious from the snacks: mozza sticks but especially the incredible arancini! The monkfish dishes are a pure delight as well as the gravelax salmon! Lots of flavors mixed together! And we finished in style with the raspberry peach: the raspberry emulsion was incredible as was the cake. Congratulations to the chef and the teams! An excellent address in Cherbourg and friendly service!

Very good restaurant, the atmosphere on the terrace is nice. Only “negative” point is the wait.. 30 minutes to get 3 glasses..

Dîner en famille dans ce restaurant du centre de Cherbourg. Déco décontractée et service pro. De l’entrée au désert les plats sont bien exécutés avec des goûts francs. Un bon exemple de bistronomie bien assumée ! On reviendra !

Nous nous sommes régalés d’une belle entrée autour de la seiche et surtout d’une magnifique épaule d’agneau confite aux petits légumes généreuse et sur un jus de cuisson parfait Une jolie et légère pavlova aux fraises pour finir Accueil sympathique et un chef qui travaille juste et bon.
