An excellent meal in a simple and friendly atmosphere.

A chef who dares, smiling, attentive, and listens. Tonight, an excellent time at Le Carabot. A restaurant I can only recommend; a few minor flaws, but overall, the dishes are truly excellent! They surprise and simply delight with their flavor, creaminess, and generous portions. One small drawback, because there has to be one: no cheese in the land of Camembert! 😉 But this is more than compensated for by the joviality of the team who run the establishment and the attentive service. In short: I recommend it!

A truly wonderful place! The cuisine is refined and generous, using only fresh, seasonal produce, and everything is homemade. A real treat for the taste buds. The atmosphere is warm and friendly: we had a fantastic time thanks to the team both in the dining room and in the kitchen. Thank you all, I highly recommend it.

A wonderful experience at Le Carabot! The food was delicious and high-quality: both the fish and the short rib were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. You can tell the ingredients are good and well-prepared. The service was truly excellent, with an attentive waitress who was very conscious of our well-being, which made the experience even more enjoyable. And to top it all off, a memorable fit of laughter with a customer who got tangled in the curtain 😂 In short, a fantastic time from beginning to end; everything was wonderful. We'll definitely be back!
