What can I say about this restaurant? We celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary here, and honestly, having tried almost every restaurant in Cherbourg, Le Carabo is by far the best we've ever eaten at. It was so delicious! The service, the ambiance, and the dishes were all impeccable. Not a single grain of salt or pepper was needed; the meal was truly exceptional. A huge thank you for this culinary journey!

As for the meal, it was excellent, admittedly a bit pricey, but quality is clearly prioritized over quantity! Entirely local products, enhanced by refined cuisine—a real treat.
