Carabot sur Cherbourg-Octeville

Delicious food made with fresh ingredients.

Clearly one of the best restaurants in Cherbourg! A true delight for the taste buds. A big thank you to the chef for the vegetarian option 🌱

A delight, the fish was cooked perfectly and accompanied by seasonal and local vegetables.

The food was absolutely delicious!

What can I say about this restaurant? We celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary here, and honestly, having tried almost every restaurant in Cherbourg, Le Carabo is by far the best we've ever eaten at. It was so delicious! The service, the ambiance, and the dishes were all impeccable. Not a single grain of salt or pepper was needed; the meal was truly exceptional. A huge thank you for this culinary journey!

Excellent food, impeccable service. Very pleasant terrace seating in the summer under the tree in the square.

The terrace is very pleasant. The cuisine is refined and sophisticated. The service is efficient and friendly.

The concept of a menu on a chalkboard is always appealing, especially when the dishes are excellent (the pairings are carefully considered and well-crafted). Don't hesitate to go with your children; they loved it! Thanks to the wonderful team.

A superb restaurant, simple and understated decor, friendly atmosphere. The cocktail was perfectly executed. As for the meal, it was excellent, admittedly a bit pricey, but quality is clearly prioritized over quantity! Entirely local products, enhanced by refined cuisine—a real treat. Simple yet sophisticated desserts with bold flavors 🤤 And the strongest point: a dynamic team despite being understaffed, and above all, a chef who manages his kitchen and doesn't hesitate to support his front-of-house team—you don't see that everywhere 👏🏻👏🏻 The only minor drawbacks? The music was a tad too loud and the furniture (tables) was a bit dated. Thank you for showcasing our local products so beautifully; it was a delight. Until next time!! Table 5, August 11th

Everything is perfect. I highly recommend it.
