Delicious but a bit long wait time

Absolutely delicious! The place is beautifully presented, both in terms of decor and cleanliness. The manager is incredibly friendly. There's a good selection on the menu. We had to take home a doggy bag because the portions were so generous! 😅 I highly recommend it, and a major plus that makes all the difference... there's a play area for children!

I ordered a milkshake at Bueno with my meal and I didn't receive it. I asked again 40 minutes later, waited an hour and 45 minutes in front of the counter, insisting. He kept saying yes, it was coming, but it wasn't. In short, I do not recommend this terrible service.

We often go there, to the center next to the church, with my children, and we are always very well received. They are very kind and understanding. I highly recommend it! 🫶🫶🫶

As big fans of their tacos and low prices, we've never been disappointed at Caracas (the first location). However, we tried the second one, which recently opened at Pole 430, and I didn't find my taco very good. It seemed like the meat had been marinated in some kind of herbs. I ordered chicken curry, and I didn't really taste the curry, and there was very little sauce inside as well. On the other hand, the fries are absolutely delicious! Note: We arrived shortly after they opened, and the smell of the floor cleaner immediately hit my nose and throat. I had to leave because of the wait... not ideal, especially with the children's play area inside. Perhaps they could use a bit more of the cleaning products. These are just minor details to adjust, and we'll definitely be back.
