We opted for Click and Collect, no waiting, very friendly staff. A big change compared to previous years!

We were very well received by the manager with glasses, I think his name is Dylan, he handled our order perfectly, our children were delighted, thank you again to the whole team, one of the best McDonald's I know, we will definitely be back.

I went to the McDonald's in Wittenheim today and, unfortunately, an employee spilled an entire Coke on me. As a result, my t-shirt and jeans were completely soaked. But this review isn't meant to be critical. Accidents happen, especially to those who work. What makes the difference is the person's reaction, and she was exemplary. She kept apologizing; you could see she was genuinely embarrassed and would have done anything to make it up to her. I wanted to highlight her professionalism, dedication, and attitude. A one-off mistake in no way detracts from the quality of her work. Thank you to her for her kindness and conscientiousness. It's also important to recognize those who give their best, even when things don't go as planned.

Arrived at 7pm with my family. Warm welcome with smiles. Clean and pleasant restaurant. Quick, hot, and high-quality service. Great experience, we are completely satisfied! 👍😊

I ordered a FIFA meal and a bucket with points. The order arrived quickly, but it was incomplete. After reporting the issue to the manager, I finally received the FIFA cup and the bucket. Despite this initial inconvenience, the problem was resolved. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.

I had given up on going to this McDonald's because it was a disaster back then. But for the past few months, all the staff have changed, and it's become super clean and pleasant. The staff are incredibly kind, always welcoming, smiling, and ready to help. Honestly, don't change a thing; it's a real pleasure to come to your place.
