Very nice market halls. Something to suit all budgets. Special mention for the dried fruit stall (tasty and affordable). However, the crêpe/galette stand is not worth it.

Wonderful market full of delicacies and local products like cheeses, foie gras, baguettes, and more, as well as fusion cuisine venues.
Highly recommended if you're in Biarritz and want to soak up some local culture.

The market halls are very popular, with beautiful stalls selling fruits 🍎🍇🍈🍉🍊🍋🍌🍒🍓🍑🍐🍏🍎🍍🍋🟩🥭🥥🥝🥜🥑 and vegetables 🍲, as well as other vendors. There are wide aisles for easy access and pleasant places to eat.
However, the market halls are too crowded, and it's a bit of a jostling situation. They should implement opening hours or traffic lights 🔥 for pedestrians 🚶🚶♂️🚶♀️ because there are simply too many people.
The vendors are much more attentive than in Anglet, and the Basque decor is fantastic.

It's a place well worth visiting. The atmosphere is lively and authentic, especially in the morning. There's a wide variety of stalls with fresh produce: seafood, cheeses, bread, sweets, and high-quality local products.
It's an ideal place both for shopping and for simply strolling around and having a drink. The surrounding stalls and bars add a vibrant feel, creating a truly local atmosphere. It can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours, but that's part of the charm.
