Very nice experience at the foot of the square house!!! Very friendly welcome. A good cardianne of bull and Camargue rice for the dish of the day accompanied by a local beer. All in a good jazz atmosphere. Thank you for your welcome!!

Une très belle découverte à Nîmes ! Ce restaurant offre une cuisine raffinée avec des produits frais et de qualité. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et le service, impeccable. J’ai pris une entrée à base de légumes de saison, suivie d’un plat de viande tendre et parfaitement cuite. Les saveurs étaient juste parfaites et la présentation des plats magnifique. Le tout dans une atmosphère calme et détendue. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant à ceux qui cherchent un bon repas à Nîmes.

Les Magnolias

02/10/2024: The young man at the reception of our hotel recommended the restaurants of the pretty Place des Esclafidous with its small central fountain. The Magnolias restaurant was the first that we tried the evening of our arrival in Nîmes. The young waitress who welcomed us was efficient and very pleasant. We chose the starter + main course + dessert menu at €39. The dishes served were quite good and well presented but we were surprised to have to pay €1 extra per carafe of filtered water. During our stay in Nîmes, it was the only establishment that we saw practicing this not very commercial measure.
23/09/2024: Very nice, small and personal restaurant with delicious food. When the weather is nice, there is an outdoor area protected from the wind and sun. The service was very attentive, super friendly and advised us on our selection. Menu available in French, English and Spanish.

Brasserie le Palace - FERMÉ

13/09/2024: Very good brasserie, however be careful for the desserts they bring them to you on a tray which inevitably tempts you at €9 per slice of cake 😡
