Pastries that have nothing to envy of the big Parisian names. A fair balance and a lot of subtlety without ever compromising deliciousness. Special mention for the shortbread and speculoos bases. I can hardly find anything better anywhere else!

The place is pleasant and the pastries are with good ingredients and relatively little sugar. The service would be better with dessert plates with hard bases that break and go in all directions.

If the location is magical, it is still far from the mastery of the pastries. Add to that an always smiling welcome and you have the winning formula of an address not to be missed.

Everything is always perfect at Carre Noir but then the pancakes are just incredible!!! Little gesture of brioche offered for our just adorable daughter. We will remain loyal customers!
